The Scholarship Management Platform (SMP) is AAA Scholarship Foundation's own online portal for Florida families whose FES-EO, FTC, FES-UA or PEP scholarship is with the foundation. In the SMP you apply, commit to a school, approve each tuition payment and request reimbursements or, for FES-UA, payments to providers. Scholarship.Guide is an independent guide: we can't reset your password or see your account.

What you do in the SMP

  1. Apply. New families apply in the SMP; renewing families get an emailed invitation4.
  2. Accept the award. New FTC and FES-EO awards must be accepted within 4 weeks of the award5; new FES-UA awards by December 15, 20266.
  3. Commit to a school. Start a School Commitment Form (SCF) with "Find School". The school confirms, you give final acceptance, and the foundation reviews it4.
  4. Approve each payment. Four times a year the school completes a Verification Report, then you approve it. Only Parent/Guardian A can approve, and power of attorney is not accepted7.
  5. Request reimbursement or, for FES-UA, a payment to a provider: on your student's dashboard, choose "Click Here to Create New Reimbursement Request" and attach a paid, itemized receipt8.
  6. Ask before you buy (PEP and FTC). Pre-authorization requests go by email to PEP@aaascholarships.org, not through the SMP. Decisions usually take up to 10 business days, an approval lasts 90 days, and the last day to ask is March 319.

2026-27 school payment dates

AAA Scholarship Foundation pays schools on fixed dates after both forms are complete. It says payment is initiated within 7 business days after the payment approval deadline10, and only after the state funds the account11.

Other ways money moves

  • FES-UA providers: payments run weekly; requests approved by Tuesday are generally paid by Friday of the same week13.
  • PEP and FTC purchases: reimbursement only14. You pay first, then submit receipts.
  • Products: no online store; the foundation calls one "a future goal"15.

Sign-in problems and fixes

My old login doesn't work

AAA Scholarship Foundation rebuilt the SMP in 2024, and returning families created new accounts in the new system16. If you last signed in before then, you may need a new account. Email help@aaascholarships.org if you're unsure.

I forgot my password

Use the password reset on the SMP sign-in page. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email help@aaascholarships.org or call.

My spouse can't approve the payment

Only Parent/Guardian A can approve school payments7. Parent/Guardian A needs to sign in and approve it.

Where do I send a message or upload a document?

The SMP's messages are at the top right of the screen, with a paperclip for uploads8. Paper FES-UA forms go to plsa@aaascholarships.org.

Someone asked for my SMP password

Don't share it. This site does not ask for it, and a school or provider shouldn't sign in for you. Call AAA Scholarship Foundation at the number in the box above.
