AAA Scholarship Foundation's phone number is 888-707-2465¹. It works as a message line: leave a message and the foundation calls you back, and FES-UA families use extension 5². FDOE's list of approved scholarship organizations gives the same number for phone and fax, the email info@aaascholarships.org¹ and a P.O. box in Tampa. Scholarship.Guide is an independent guide, not AAA Scholarship Foundation: we can't look up, change or fix your account.

Which email address to use

AAA Scholarship Foundation uses separate addresses for different topics. Writing to the right one can save a round trip.

Before you call or write

• Have your child's name and the program ready (FES-EO, FTC, FES-UA or PEP).
• Never give anyone your SMP password, and don't let a school or provider sign in for you. If someone contacts you asking for it, call the foundation back at the number above.
• School payments in the SMP can be approved only by Parent/Guardian A⁴, so that parent should make the call about a payment approval.
• For sign-in problems and the 2026-27 school payment dates, see our guide to AAA Scholarship Foundation's SMP. For holds, statuses and late payments, see the account problems FAQ.

Help in Spanish or Haitian Creole

AAA Scholarship Foundation's 2026-27 Florida flyer says "se habla español!", which signals Spanish-speaking staff, but its Florida handbooks are in English and we found no Haitian Creole documents⁵. Its website offers Spanish and Haitian Creole only by machine translation⁶. FDOE's School Choice line, 1-800-447-1636⁷, offers help in Spanish and Haitian Creole.

Other scholarship organizations

If your child's scholarship is with another organization, use its contact page: contact Step Up For Students or contact Sunshine State Kids Foundation. More about this organization is on the AAA Scholarship Foundation profile, and the comparison of Florida scholarship organizations puts all three side by side.
