Sunshine State Kids Foundation takes questions by email and web chat¹: write to info@sskf.org², or use the chat on its contact page. FDOE's list of approved scholarship organizations also gives a phone number, 954-353-6660², and a street address in Hollywood, FL¹. Scholarship.Guide is an independent guide, not Sunshine State Kids Foundation: we can't look up, change or fix your account.

The foundation's own contact page offers email and web chat⁵. We found the phone number only on FDOE's list.

Before you write or chat

• Have your child's name and the program ready (FES-EO or FES-UA). Don't send Social Security numbers or other sensitive details by chat.
• Never give anyone your Odyssey password. Odyssey's terms of use bar letting another person sign in as you⁶.
• Applications, decisions and funds are handled in Odyssey, the platform the foundation uses. For sign-in problems, see our Odyssey guide; for holds and late payments, see the account problems FAQ.
• The foundation's website publishes no 2026-27 application deadlines⁷, so ask about dates when you write.

Help in Spanish or Haitian Creole

Sunshine State Kids Foundation's website has a Spanish version, along with Hebrew and Russian, but no Haitian Creole version⁸. Its Spanish pages say the Odyssey application and sign-in are in English only⁹. FDOE's School Choice line, 1-800-447-1636¹⁰, offers help in Spanish and Haitian Creole.

Other scholarship organizations

If your child's scholarship is with another organization, use its contact page: contact Step Up For Students or contact AAA Scholarship Foundation. More about this organization is on the Sunshine State Kids Foundation profile, and the comparison of Florida scholarship organizations puts all three side by side.
