Independent guide. Scholarship.Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any scholarship funding organization or the Florida Department of Education. This site does not ask for your login or password.

Call Step Up For Students' Customer Engagement Center at (877) 735-7837¹, Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET¹, or use the live chat or online form on its website. FDOE's list of approved scholarship organizations gives the same phone number, the email info@stepupforstudents.org² and a mailing address in Jacksonville. Scholarship.Guide is an independent guide, not Step Up For Students: we can't look up, change or fix your account.

Two mailing addresses. FDOE's list gives P.O. Box 54367, Jacksonville, FL 32245-4367². When we checked, the footer of Step Up For Students' own website showed P.O. Box 54429 instead⁵. We can't tell you which one Step Up For Students prefers. Call before you mail documents.

Before you call

• Have your child's name and Scholarship ID ready. Step Up For Students shows the Scholarship ID on the My Students tab in EMA⁶.
• Never give anyone your EMA password. Step Up For Students says it never asks for a password by email, phone or text⁷, and that using third-party services to access your account breaks its user agreement⁸. If someone calls asking for it, hang up and call the number above.
• For sign-in trouble, try our EMA login help first; for holds, statuses and late payments, see the account problems FAQ.

Help in Spanish or Haitian Creole

Step Up For Students publishes 2026-27 family handbooks in Spanish⁹. Its website's Spanish and Haitian Creole pages are machine translations, and it says the English version governs¹⁰. We could not confirm whether its phone line offers Haitian Creole. FDOE's School Choice line, 1-800-447-1636¹¹, offers help in Spanish and Haitian Creole.

Other scholarship organizations

If your child's scholarship is with another organization, use its contact page: contact AAA Scholarship Foundation or contact Sunshine State Kids Foundation. More about this organization is on the Step Up For Students profile, and the comparison of Florida scholarship organizations puts all three side by side.
